About Ceri and Caroline

Ceri Barnes has been teaching fitness classes and pilates for 30 years. She is an expert in her field and specialises in health and exercise for prenatal, postnatal pelvic floor health and the midlife woman. She is passionate about bringing knowledge to her participants but also making things fun and accessible for everyone.

Caroline Alexander has been teaching in the fitness industry since 1991 and started  teaching yoga in 2016. She likes to incorporate a mix of styles into her Hatha classes with an emphasis on self care and enjoyment. She also teaches the Yin style of yoga.

About the retreat

We really want this retreat to be a TREAT. Time off from everyday life with all its schedules and speed.

There will be a morning and evening practise of yoga or pilates.

Lots of free time to explore West Lexham grounds or maybe take a visit to the coast. Delicious vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) provided by Florentina.

The emphasis here is on enjoyment and a recharge of batteries.
