About Rina Golan

Rina Golan organise and facilitate seasonal cleanse retreat for over 10 years. She’s a yoga acharya, which means, teaching a yogic way of life to instil harmony.

‘Everything I teach is based on how I live my life. I study what wellbeing means and I’ve been exploring many perspectives, from ancient philosophy to scientific approaches, for over two decades. At the heart of my work are nutrition, yoga, mindfulness and other practices that allow you to step into your innate potential and develop emotional resilience and balance for yourself, your community and ultimately, for our planet.’ Rina Golan

“As a long time practitioner of yoga, I take great joy in discovering teachers like Rina who recognize the sacredness of this practice. Her passion for transformation, wealth of knowledge and a depth of presence serve as a beautiful foundation upon which humor, levity and love prevail. Deep bow.” Ryan Seaman, Producer & Writer, Los Angeles

About the retreat

Spring is the best season for a quick liver cleanse; for rest and rejuvenation. I’d love you to join me on a journey deeper into what wellbeing means for you, and from that knowledge to find sustainable, practical ways to bring about positive change in your life. Your body is already an expert at detoxifying and restarting itself . At the retreat, I provide is time, space, techniques and practices to help you help yourself and find a more balanced lifestyle. The retreats provide a gentle way to cleanse, nourish, rebalance your system, allowing you to return to yourself. The retreats combine structure and space to just be, action and relaxation, opportunity for learning and reconnecting, opportunity for reflection. They start on Friday afternoon at 4pm (let me know if you need to arrive later) and finish at 3pm on Sunday.

During the retreats I offer supportive and playful classes suited to beginners as well as to students who have spent more time on a yogic path. Reviews

Feedback from the last retreat in West Lexham – “The Easter weekend retreat was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. It was my first ever yoga retreat, and I already know that it’s set the bar incredibly high. Set against the backdrop of a stunning old farm that has been transformed into an eco retreat/holiday destination with the most amazing grounds – the weekend was a perfect balance of yoga, reflection, spiritual connection and delicious food. Rina’s invitation was always there for us to take what we needed from the experience and for the rest to relax and rejuvenate. This in turn brought out the best in all of us taking part, and I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such a big-hearted and open group as I did. I came back from the retreat feeling totally refreshed and knowing that I’d shared a unique journey. Namaste, Rina.” Alex Arlango, London
