About Andrea

This retreat will be led by Senior Advanced Jivamukti teacher Andrea Kwiatkowski , with 20 years of teaching and training Andrea has led retreats for 15 years . This is her 4th year back at West Lexham and she leads 2 sold out weekends every year . She is a Level 2 yin teacher , Restorative teacher and Senior Yoga Alliance and BWY tutor. Based in Cambridge she teaches both here and abroad . Her classes can be found online at www.movementformodernlife.com .

About the retreat

Sowing the seeds weekend will include 3 sessions per day with Andrea  developing all aspects of yoga practice and looking at what we want to cultivate in our practice and our life . The day begins with pranayama breathing and meditation, 2 hour sessions on Asana physical practice, chanting, relaxation and afternoon alignment and detailed breakdown of class . We end the day with reflection and meditation.

The Food

Vegan fare and refreshments are provided throughout the retreat . Seasonal and local where possible.

£700 single room (there is only one single room available)

£450 twin room (6 twin rooms available)

£375 triple room (2 triple rooms available)

£150 deposit to reserve a place. Final balance due by 14th February 2020.
