About Emily

Emily is a popular yoga teacher,  holistic health coach and writer based in London.

Emily first discovered yoga during her career in musical theatre after hitting an all time low in her health and happiness. Having tried yoga for the physical benefits, she was amazed at how much it helped reduce her stress, anxiety and ultimately led her to feel so much happier within herself. 

Since then, Emily has been certified as a yoga teacher and holistic health coach with a passion for mindset and Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga. She believes that when we find balance in our mind and body, we can live a life full of joy. 

Her retreats and workshops are full of energising vinyasa yoga, nourishing yin yoga,, mindset coaching and holistic wellness.  

Emily’s classes are welcoming for all levels of experience. Her friendly and caring approach will leave you feeling at ease no matter what experience you have.

 

About the weekend

Create your own bespoke retreat and turn your burn out to bliss with a weekend of the choice of vinyasa yoga, yin yoga,  meditation, guided running, body conditioning, mindset & health coaching, journalling, THE most incredible food, beautiful friendships, gorgeous countryside, space and freedom. Do as little or as much as you would like!

 

Friday 18th September

Arrive from 4pm: nibbles and cake (healthy of course!)

5pm: yoga and meditation

7.30pm: Dinner 

Saturday 19th 

7.30 am: Breakfast

8.30 am: Meditation and Pranayama OR Guided run through grounds

9am – 10.30am Vinyasa Yoga

Time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Norfolk countryside

12pm Lunch

2.30pm Fitness class with Ian

3.30pm Holistic Health  workshop with Emily

5pm – 7pm: Yin yoga and relaxation

7.30pm Dinner

Sunday 20th

Food

We are lucky to have the wonderful Julia, our in house chef, who runs Purple Plum Fine Food in Norfolk. Julia prides herself in cooking up delicious, clean, whole foods inspired by Ayurvedic principles. The food is seasonal with a great emphasis on health and wellness. Any food intolerances, allergies or special diets can be accommodated for.

Ensuite double room single occupancy: £600pp

We can pair you with a friendly yogi if you are coming alone and wish to share a twin, many people do!

The gorgeous rooms can either be twin or double 

All have an ensuite bathroom
