With three cosy heritage holiday cottages, extensive summer glamping options and a stunning timber-framed Tree House we can accommodate groups of up to 35 in winter and 80+ in the summer months.

Beautiful canvas bell tents available unfurnished all year round or cosily furnished with memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, solar powered fairly lights, coir matting underfoot and side tables with fresh flowers....

Or try our unique indoor camping – Bedouin style camping nooks with a double bed, carpet, bedroom furniture and grassy corridors...

:: The Tree House ::

The beautiful timber-framed Tree House nestles in a quiet corner of the leafy woodland at West Lexham. With views over rolling meadowland and frolicking lambs, you can drink in the tranquility of this sylvanian idyll. Wake up to streaming sunlight, Breckland birdsong, the gentle sway of branches and the tumble of the passing stream.

:: Facilities and local attractions ::

Rental of holiday cottages or glamping spaces includes use of our grounds. These include swimming pool (seasonally!), tennis court, boating lake and walks. We are also near the sea with many beautiful beaches and within walking distance from Castle Acre with its ruined Norman castle and priory, and the Peddar's Way, a walk which leads all the way to the coast...

:: Food ::

Take a break from shopping and enjoy excellent seasonal produce from local caterers delivered to your cottage or bell tent in the form of a hamper, or let us light the barbecue while you enjoy your evening with friends and family. We can offer everything from candlelit suppers to posh packed lunches.

Holiday Cottages, Bell tents, Indoor Camping Nooks and The Tree House can be hired over a weekend or for a week from Friday-Friday. Longer or shorter stays may be possible, please ask us about availability.

Rates are seasonal (A low season through to E peak season and bank holidays), please enquire with your preferred dates for an accurate quote.

Prices are quoted per cottage, tent or nook – capacities and extra occupant prices below. Bedding is provided but please bring a towel!
