We are a magical space in nature for a romantic getaway and the gathering of friends and family for a special time in a unique place. Wake up to streaming sunlight, birdsong, the gentle sway of branches and the tumble of the passing streams… West Lexham is a beautiful 21 acre private manor family estate that’s officially one of the UK’s funkiest places to sleep under the stars. With treehouses nestled in the leafy woods, cute tree temples tucked away by the waterfall and soft canvas glamping camps in secluded corners of the grounds we’ve tried to keep with the boutique agri-chic vibe! All you need to do is pack a bag and arrive to views of rolling meadowland and frolicking lambs; you can sit back and drink in the tranquillity of this sylvanian idyll. We have been here a few hundred years of which we hope you'll explore and enjoy.
Under The Stars @ West Lexham - Tree Houses
We have two beautiful treehouses in the eastern woodland, two new hand sculptured yurts and six glamping camps. We can set up a special minicamps for small groups and family glampers and for the romantic get away couples we have perfect nooks hidden in the woods to create a magical ambience... The only lights and noise you'll see is your lantern, fire pit, the stars & moons and your own connection.
Hidden Extra’s For Free
We’ve been busy bees during the chilly months. With plenty of love and bags creativity we rebuilt our funky hand crafted outdoor kitchen, added new super-hot shower huts, dug the new sunken communal fire pit and renovated the former cart shed into a sheltered glampers cosy chill out space. Oh, and you might find a few surprises like swinging rope beds and hidden dens. We’ve also decked out each camp with its own personal sitting area and added your own fire pits.

Tasty hamper of local organic produce including fresh veg , salad, bread, cheese, eggs, cereals, jam, butter, milk, tea, coffee. Free fire wood for fire pits and cob pizza ovens. Free site-wide Wi-Fi . Free use of tennis courts, croquet lawns, boating lake & boats, there’s even hot water bottles with hand knitted cozies! We have a small honesty box glamping shop that has most essentials and daily deliveries of surprising local produce!

The Outdoor Kitchen
A natural centre and gathering point the outdoor kitchen is a hub for cooking tasty treats and just hanging out and chatting. Undercover there’s a full size chefs oven & hob, wood burning cob pizza oven, several fridges, sinks, large group dining table and several gazebo’s just sat out front. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, spices, tea, coffee and lots of other cooking essentials. Not forgetting you have your own antique camping stoves, bbq and fire pits to rustle meals up in private.
