We can comfortably handle bigger events and groups; we’ve got 21 acres of venue and bags of creativity to play with. West Lexham can be exclusively hired so you can have the whole estate, event spaces and accommodation for your clients and guests. Staying with us includes access to the all estates perks like our private swimming pool, boating lake, magical gardens, outdoor kitchens and not forgetting the all of our grounds are yours to explore and play. There’s plenty of buildings and beautiful spaces to find peace, history and inspiration.
Quirky Eco Accommodation
Our event spaces and accommodation are an eclectic mix of quirky farm buildings. The converted grain barn is our eco agri-chic centre piece with 13 executive ensuite rooms wrapped around the garden court yards. Go funky and stay in our new treehouses or yurts and there’s 3 traditional Norfolk cottages on hand. For the more adventurous go full out and glamp with us for a real festival and fun vibe.

Gorgeous Tasty Menus or Bring Your Own Chef
The food at West Lexham sets us apart. We take a very flexible approach! We have a professional kitchen that produces the most magnificent gorgeous tasty menus, you can create your own menu for us to cook, or you can bring your own chef or catering team. Our kitchen can cook for small and large groups of up to 120+. All of our food is fresh, organic and locally sourced if we haven’t cropped it from our own gardens & fields.
