For guests in our treehouses and bell tents we have designed our a fully equipped Garden Kitchen for all your cooking and dining needs, including a woodfired pizza/bread oven. You will always be close to our central and super quirky bathrooms, with piping hot showers, flushing vintage coloured loos and basins. There is a big camp fire gently embraced by our viewing mound, which boasts views of the valley and river. All our water comes from our own well springing from the ancient chalk aquifer to give crystal clear, energized mineral water.
When you get here we hope that you will appreciate the love that has gone into everything at West Lexham. The kitchen is made from reclaimed materials and is surrounded by and made mosaics made form found objects. We like to think of it as a work of art that you can use and enjoy. Various artists have decorated the roof space, so look up for inspiration.
The timber bathrooms have reclaimed wooden doors from the old farm. We searched countrywide for coloured loos and basins from the 1920s to better blend into the natural surrounds. There are 5 hot showers, 6 loos and four basins so you will never have to wait.
Come and sunbath in the garden by day and star gaze by night. We are lucky enough to have the most fantastic stars as there is no light pollution here at all making all the constellations pin sharp.
The spirit of West Lexham is that glampers can meet each other, share stories around the camp fire and food in the kitchen. Children can run round and play together in the ultimate natural setting.
